In this 2.5-hour bike tour, you will feel Amsterdam wholeheartedly by cycling through the lesser-known parts of the city, and see sides of the city that not many travelers get to see.

Departing next to Amsterdam Central Station, our journey begins with an exploration of the 17th-century Canal District. Take in picturesque canals, classic drawbridges, and canal houses, some more crooked than the others. Along the way, your guide will tell you about how the Dutch had mastered the art of tax-evasion years ago.

Next, we will pedal through the popular Jordaan area with beautiful houses.

Then Prinseneiland, a rather unknown area behind the train tracks will be in front of your eyes. You will truly feel part of old Amsterdam when cycling through 17th-century houses.

Take a ferry to the NDSM neighbourhood in the north side of the city, known for street art and alternative counter culture. This former shipyard is now a playground for street artists with their street art/graffiti works and numerous art studios. We continue to admire the architectural masterpiece of the Dutch Film Institute Netherlands, right across the water from central station.

We will take the ferry and return to the starting point. At the end, we will go to one of the city’s oldest bars nearby central station if you want to know your fellow travellers a little better.
