Anne Frank, who gained notoriety for her life-detailed diary, lived in a warehouse during the Nazi occupation of Amsterdam. Less is known about her life as a young girl who moved from Germany to Amsterdam.

You will start your walking tour from their home in Merwedeplein, where they settled after arriving in 1934.

Learn about the places that were important to Anne Frank as a child. Visit the house of Miep Gies, who in those days gave Otto Frank his renowned diary, as well as the institution she attended and the shop where she bought it.

Take this tour of south Amsterdam to get to know a part of the city that a tourist would not usually visit. Your tour concludes at Victorieplein Square.

Note: This tour does not include entry into the Anne Frank House.
