Rome's Squares & Fountains Walking Tour

Our tour will begin in Piazza del Popolo, also known as the People's Square, which is highlighted by the renowned twin churches and a 24-meter-tall Flaminio Obelisk in the center.

Then, we'll head to Piazza di Spagna and climb the impressive 138 steps of the widest and longest staircase in all of Europe. The breathtakingly beautiful Trinità Dei Monti church from the 16th century is waiting for you at the top of the Spanish Steps!

Afterward, we'll pass by some of Rome's oldest historic squares. The Piazza Navona, which houses exemplary Baroque architecture in the form of the Fountain of Neptune, Fountain of the Four Rivers, and Fountain of the Moor, makes it one of the most spectacular squares in the whole city.

Walk through Piazza Della Rotonda, a pedestrian square. Listen to your guide as we tell you stories about the Pantheon, an ancient pagan temple, in its former glory. Examine the magnificent Corinthian columns at Piazza di Pietra, which belonged to the original Temple of Hadrian in 145 CE.

The ostentatious Trevi Fountain is the largest fountain in the world and an absolute must-see. It is said that throwing a few coins into the fountain water will bring you good luck. Join the millions of visitors who have participated in this enjoyable little tradition over the years. After nearly 3 hours, the tour will conclude in the picturesque Piazza Dei Santi Apostoli.
