This is a 5-hour Italian cooking experience from the market to the table in which you will learn to make a full Italian meal from appetizer to dessert.

 

The experience starts with a visit to Florence Central Market with an Italian chef, who will help you choose the perfect ingredients.

 

Then the cooking lesson will begin. First, you will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, and knead the dough yourself! You will also prepare the sauce among different kinds (Tomato, Ragù Bolognese or Pesto)

 

The chef will continue instructing you to prepare a starter – bruschetta (toasted bread with garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, salt and other toppings), a main course (seafood or meat) with a side dish, as well as a dessert.

 

After the cooking part, you will sit down for a lunch and indulge in your creations with local wine, water or soft drink as you prefer.

 

You will also take home with you the recipes to try cooking the dishes again.
