Venetian Cuisine Cooking Class with Award-Winning Chef

Adults / Children (age 10 & above): £126

This is a 4-hour Venetian cuisine cooking class with an award-winning chef. She works as chef for at least 20 years and has won a lot of awards in Italy and abroad.

In the chef's cozy house, you will learn to make a delicious meal with 1 main course with dessert with Venetian wine and coffee. Discover the secrets and techniques of the Italian cuisine.

Using local fresh products from the Rialto fresh market, you will make the main dish ravioli filled with meat or fish and a yummy sauce made from seasonal vegetables (such as artichokes, tomatoes or potatoes from the lagoon island).

For dessert, you will prepare a crème patisserie to put on local cookies.

After the cooking part, you will sit down to enjoy your creations and a glass of Italian wine with the chef.
