Explore Phuket's premier waterfall hike featuring not one, but two stunning waterfalls deep within Khao Phra Taew National Park. Trek through dense jungle on secluded nature trails, occasionally blending into the forest's natural surroundings.

Encounter wildlife like the gibbon, famed for its ear-piercing call, and relish a refreshing dip in a serene jungle pool or shower under Bang Pae waterfall. Lunch included.

Khao Phra Taew National Park, one of Phuket's two protected reserves, boasts 23 sq km of virgin rainforest.

Established in the 1980s, it safeguards diverse wildlife such as gibbons, wild boar, sun bears, and an array of birds. Discover the rare Kerriodoxa palm, with its expansive leaves overhead, adding to the allure of this rainforest adventure. Experience the park's towering trees and captivating canopy, with peaks like Khao Phara offering dramatic views. Don't miss the park's two grand waterfalls, Bang Pae and Tonsai, marking the beginning and end of your jungle trek.

Please remember:

• The trail is challenging, sometimes steep, rocky and slippery
• You might have to climb over or crawl under fallen trees
• Conditions are steamy hot. It takes approx. 4 hours, with breaks included, to finish the trail
• This trip is not recommended for young children (we put an advisory minimum age of 8 yrs), obese people or people with a heart condition

Please bring with you

• Hiking shoes on a rough trail, like sports shoes or trekking shoes (flip-flops not allowed)
• Light clothes
• Swim wear
• Dry t-shirt for after the trekking
• Small backpack to carry water bottles and your personal belongings

Where we meet

Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket. The tour operator will confirm the exact time via email, so please remember to check your email.

Plan to meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Once you have booked we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of how, where and who to meet on the day of your tour.
