In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to make your own cheese with a local who has been working with home-made cheese making for over 10 years.
At a food design studio in Amsterdam, you will make 2 types of fresh cheese:
(1) one coagulated with rennet
(2) one coagulated with acid
When finishing making the 2 types, you are encouraged to experiment with herbs and colors.
To finish up, you will enjoy a tasting with home-made cheeses and a drink.
You can also take home your ideas and receive recipes via email so that you can continue making your own cheese at home.
A very fun, practical activity which all the family can enjoy with a fun and lively host. A truly unique experience in the heart of Amsterdam!!!
