Join a passionate pastry chef in a lovely flavour journey of Barcelona sweets in approximately 2.5 hours!

For centuries the city was the first and major gateway of chocolate to Europe. Most of the major traditions and festivities of the Catalan culture are directly associated with some very special sweet affairs passed down through generations and can be found in every Catalan home still today.

You will go through a journey with the tastes, stories and secrets behind traditional sweets, as well as the unusual and surprising new generation of artisan delights.

At confectioneries and chocolate boutiques, you will indulge your sweet tooth with local chocolate in different textures, artisan churros, bombons, truffles, chocolate meringues, cookies, seasonal pastries and cakes!!

As we say in Barcelona “bon profit”!

Flavour is the main part of the tour, but it is not all. Along this sweet journey, you will stroll through the alleys and immerse in historical richness behind the walls of old Barcelona.

The tour concludes at the charming El Born district.
