Know before you go

Ticket validity is based on ticket redemption time. If you purchase a 1-day ticket, the ticket is valid for 24 hours. For example, if you redeem the ticket at 11 a.m. on Monday, the ticket is valid until 11 a.m. on Tuesday.

You can exchange your voucher for the ticket at one of 3 different points along the route (see details in ‘Where to Check In’)

Please arrive 15 minutes before the bus departure time.

The buses depart every 60 minutes from the first stop between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with one loop taking approximately 2.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
