Maeklong Railway Market, which roughly means ‘umbrella pulldown market’, it is famous for the vendors’ mad scramble to pack up when a train goes by. We’ll explore and hopefully see the train pass before making our way to our next stop the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. One of the most famous floating markets in the city, it is made up of a network of narrow canals dotted with vendors paddling their boats filled with their wares.

Visit Wat Bang Kung – Temple hidden within the roots of a banyan tree. 

This temple, the most renowned in Amphawa District, is distinguished by its banyan tree's roots and branches, which have enveloped and intertwined with the structure over centuries. Inside, it shelters a golden Buddha statue.
