With a colourful history spanning over 275 years and a range of unique things to see and do, the Foundling Museum is one of the most interesting places to visit in London. Make the most of your visit by hiring a guide, picking up a unique artist-designed souvenir in our Shop, or attending one of our many events from free lunchtime concerts to curator-led tours.

The story of the Foundling Hospital, which continues today as the children's charity Coram. It is a story about the children who lived at the Hospital, how they came to be there, how they were looked after, and how the Hospital was established and run.

It is also a story of how, from the very beginning, the Hospital was supported by London’s vibrant artistic community. The Collections span the eighteenth to the twenty-first century, and enable visitors to make connections between the past and the present. Many of the stories and themes are as relevant today as they ever were.

Please note : The museum is open Tuesday-Sunday 10am - 5pm (11am on Sundays). Your ticket is valid for entry at any time.
