What We Will See & Do

Begin your adventure with an 08:30 AM hotel pick-up in Chiang Mai, followed by a 40-minute drive to a local market to gather supplies. A scenic 30-minute drive brings you to Mork Fa Waterfall, where you can swim and relax amidst breathtaking views. Afterward, enjoy an authentic Thai lunch at a roadside restaurant before heading to the trekking starting point.

Choose between two trekking routes: a softer route (2.5 hours) to a Lahu hill tribe village at 1,200 meters, or a harder route (3.5 hours) to a Karen hill tribe village at 1,400 meters. Spend the night in a wooden hut, explore the village, and savor a home-cooked dinner while soaking in the serene mountain scenery, including views of Doi Chiang Dao, Thailand’s third-highest peak.

On the second day, begin a bamboo rafting adventure on the Mae Tang River, floating through lush greenery to a Shan village. After lunch and a short village tour, visit a nearby elephant camp to feed and interact with these gentle giants. Conclude your journey with a return drive to Chiang Mai, arriving around 5:00 PM, enriched by unforgettable experiences in nature and culture.
